David Stuckenberg is the Founder and Chairman of the American Leadership and Policy Foundation and a veteran military instructor pilot with over 900 combat hours flying intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and transport aircraft.
Dr. Dean Dohrman is a Missouri State Representative and a Senior Research Fellow at the American Leadership & Policy Foundation. Dohrman is also a life-long educator and an agricultural, business, and trade expert.
David gained much of his career experience while serving as Chief of Public Affairs for the three Air Force installations in the U.S. and Turkey. While in these positions, David provided strategic level counsel to senior wing leaders regarding internal and external diplomatic communications; media engagement, social media and operational/communication security. He also managed all visual information, news publication operations, and served as the chief editor for the respective base websites and newspaper publications.
Dylan R. Bryant is both a public and private business professional in his work as a dual legislator assistant in House Majority Caucus leadership in the Missouri House of Representatives at the Missouri State Capitol, webmaster and chief marketing coordinator for Bryant Auction LLC., a private liquidation company, member of the board of directors, executive secretary, and a senior research fellow at the American Leadership & Policy Foundation (ALPF), and a graduate of the Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) program at Arkansas State University.
Win Johnson is a Board Member and Sr. Fellow the American Leadership and Policy Foundation. Win is also an appellate attorney and the Legal Division Director of the Alabama Administrative Office of Courts (AOC) where he works as a liaison between the legislature and the Unified Judicial System of Alabama.
Sullivan was instrumental in developing the FAA’s Facility Security Inspection System and served as an adjunct instructor at the FAA’s Aeronautical Academy in Oklahoma City. After retiring in 2001, Brian coordinated with another former FAA Special Agent/Red Team Member, Steve Elson to produce an award winning expose’ on poor security at Boston’s Logan Airport in May ’01, five months prior to 9/11.
Certified in Career Coaching by PARW/CC, Natascha earned a bachelor’s degree from UMASS Amherst, is an Executive Education Alumna of both Harvard Kennedy School in Leading Change, and MIT Sloan in Entrepreneurship, trained in Mediation from Harvard Law, trained in Scaling Up from Stanford Business School, an MBA graduate of Johnson & Wales, a Master’s in Leadership degree holder and currently a Doctoral Candidate (ABD) in Leadership from Northeastern University.
Mark L. Dyson is the Creative Director at the American Leadership & Policy Foundation (ALPF). In addition, he owns and operates a 3D modeling/animation and film VFX studio in Central New York. As Creative Director, Mark provides oversight of artists and projects involving art media, digital, animation, and other creative operations designed to help add visual impact and clarity to ALPF presentations prepared for citizens and decision makers.
Michael has had extensive experience litigating accountability and integrity lawsuits in both federal and state court. Michael has challenged the delay of the employer mandate on behalf of a Florida orthodontist, challenged the Cook County Sheriff’s Office for failing to comply with its legal duties, and challenged the District of Columbia’s policy allowing Congressional employees to purchase health insurance on the “Small Business Exchange.”
ALPF welcomes international relations and ideological expert Joseph Butta as a senior fellow. Mr. Joseph “Joe” Butta began his service with the United States Government in 1986 as an investigator for the Department of Defense. After five years, Joe entered a government internship that focused on issues in the Middle East, North Africa, and the Balkans. Mr. Butta graduated from this program as an Intelligence Analyst in 1995. In addition to becoming a Middle East North Africa Desk Officer, Joe spent approximately five years with NATO’s Southern Command as an Analyst and Liaison Officer in support of allied operations in the Balkans.
Herschel Campbell is a Senior Fellow at the American Leadership & Policy Foundation, global security professional in the energy industry, and a former United States Air Force Intelligence Analyst.
Currently, Campbell performs high-level evaluations and assessments of global incidents. In this capacity, he originates threat assessments, conducts global asset monitoring, liaises with global regional security centers, briefs executive decision makers, and initiates and distributes worldwide alerts on conflict, terrorism, disease, geopolitical transitions, natural disasters, and socio-economic situations. Specific projects include papers and assessments on the Ebola Outbreak in West Africa and the development of corporate Crisis Mitigation and Action Plans.
Dr. David L. Cross, PT, CRC, is a Senior Fellow at the American Leadership & Policy Foundation where he works with scholars and researchers to inform the public and leaders on wellness related policy issues. Dr. Cross has been a practitioner, researcher, and educator for almost four decades. His academic preparation, published research, clinical experience and credentialing in rehabilitation and physical therapy are considerable. His research interests center on physical exercise, mental health, pain treatment, functional capacity parameters, neuromuscular therapeutics, disability analysis and Alzheimer’s disease. Dr. Cross has maintained close ties with academia throughout his career having been a clinical instructor, a clinical researcher, and most recently an Assistant Professor of Anatomy at Indiana State University.
The American Leadership & Policy Foundation welcomes Dr. Maurice Dawson as a Senior Fellow. Dawson is the Assistant Professor of Information Systems (Cyber Security) at the University of Missouri – St. Louis (UMSL) and a published author, among many other notable achievements.
Stephen Dupuis is a Board Member and Sr. Fellow at the American Leadership and Policy Foundation. As a USAF officer and veteran B-52 bomber aircrew, Stephen has spent his career leading airmen and ensuring the continuity of America’s strategic military deterrence.
