Dylan R. Bryant is both a public and private business professional in his work as a dual legislator assistant in House Majority Caucus leadership in the Missouri House of Representatives at the Missouri State Capitol, webmaster and chief marketing coordinator for Bryant Auction LLC., a private liquidation company, member of the board of directors, executive secretary, and a senior research fellow at the American Leadership & Policy Foundation (ALPF), and a graduate of the Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) program at Arkansas State University.
As a dual legislator assistant in House Majority Caucus leadership, Mr. Bryant works closely to assist state legislators in successfully fulfilling their public obligations by providing support services in the areas of administration, communication, legislative research, policy analysis, constituent management, public relations, and caucus leadership duties to ensure the caucus operates in a cohesive and effective manner.
As webmaster and chief marketing coordinator, Mr. Bryant is a customer relations professional, and develops and manages marketing campaigns, promotions, online presence, and innovative technological business practices.
As a member of the board of directors and senior fellow, Mr. Bryant is directly involved in the day-to-day operations of ALPF and in researching and crafting various publications, reports, and studies on a wide-variety of critical subjects in the political and international environment. Mr. Bryant, and fellow board members, are the fiduciaries of the organization who steer ALPF towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies, in addition to assuring the nonprofit has adequate resources to advance its mission. Prior to serving as a board member, Mr. Bryant served as an executive board member, assisting and advising voting board members on policies and issues best suited to continue moving the organization forward in the most apropos direction.
As the executive secretary, Mr. Bryant performs many high-level clerical and administrative tasks, including managing information technology, creating presentations or proposals, and taking responsibility for confidential company documents. Prior to serving as executive secretary, Mr. Bryant served as the deputy director of communications and media. In that role, Mr. Bryant assisted ALPF in reviewing and editing various publications, reports, and studies on a broad range of important subjects in the political environment, along with the management of web development, social media content, and in public relations between the foundation, donors, and interested citizens.
Mr. Bryant completed his Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree in December of 2016 from Arkansas State University and is a standing member of Pi Alpha Alpha: The Global Honor Society for Public Affairs & Administration. Mr. Bryant also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Summa Cum Laude, from Columbia College, and an Associate of Arts, with Highest Honors, from State Fair Community College.
Born and raised in Iowa, Mr. Bryant currently lives in Jefferson City, the capital of the state of Missouri.
