Dylan R. Bryant is the Executive Secretary, a member of the Board of Directors, and a Junior Research Fellow at the American Leadership & Policy Foundation (ALPF). In addition, he is a recent graduate of the Master of Public Administration program at Arkansas State University, Legislator Assistant in the Missouri House of Representatives, and Webmaster and Marketing Coordinator for Bryant Auction LLC., a private liquidation company.
As the Executive Secretary, Mr. Bryant performs many high-level clerical and administrative tasks, including managing information technology, creating presentations or proposals, and taking responsibility for confidential company documents.
As a member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Bryant is directly involved in the day-to-day operations of the Foundation. Mr. Bryant, and fellow Board members, are the fiduciaries of the organization who steer ALPF towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies, in addition to assuring the nonprofit has adequate resources to advance its mission.
Prior to serving as Executive Secretary, Mr. Bryant served as the Deputy Director of Communications and Media. In that role, Mr. Bryant assisted ALPF in reviewing and editing various publications, reports, and studies on a broad range of important subjects in the political environment, along with the management of web development, social media content, and in public relations between the foundation, donors, and interested citizens.
As a former Executive Board Member, Mr. Bryant assisted and advised voting board members on policies and issues best suited to continue moving the organization forward in the most apropos direction.
As a Junior Research Fellow, Mr. Bryant assists ALPF in researching and crafting various publications, reports, and studies on a wide-variety of critical subjects in the political environment.
As a recent public administration graduate, Mr. Bryant completed his Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree in December of 2016 from Arkansas State University and is a standing member of Pi Alpha Alpha: The Global Honor Society for Public Affairs & Administration. Mr. Bryant also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Summa Cum Laude, from Columbia College, and an Associate of Arts, with Highest Honors, from State Fair Community College.
As a Legislator Assistant, Mr. Bryant works closely to assist legislators in successfully fulfilling their public obligations by providing support services in the areas of administration, communications, legislative research, policy analysis, constituent management, and public relations.
As a Webmaster and Marketing Coordinator, Mr. Bryant is a customer relations professional, and develops and manages marketing campaigns, promotions, online presence, and innovative technological business practices.
He lives in Jefferson City, the capital of the state of Missouri.
